Do you work fractional, or project-based?
Both. Some engagements are scoped, time-boxed projects — a build, a launch, a zero-to-one product. Others are ongoing fractional work, like CPO or CTO support embedded in your team for as long as it’s useful. We’ll figure out which fits during the discovery call.
How long do engagements typically run?
It depends on the work. A zero-to-one build might run a few months, start to finish. Fractional CPO or CTO support tends to run longer, often ongoing — we scope timelines properly before anything starts, rather than guessing upfront.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, remote by default. We’re a two-person studio based in the UK and keep things lean — most work happens async and over calls, with in-person time when it’s genuinely useful.
What if I’m not sure what I need yet?

What size of company do you work with?
